2. People who have already sold their house and need a house in which to live while their new house is being built.
3. Young married couples saving to purchase their own homes.
4. Divinity students.
5. Professionals and retired people who, though they enjoy a fine standard of living, want flexibility in their housing accommodations for various reasons.

All Castle Keepers^® are required to carry $300,000 liability insurance.
