Kenny Raupple
After graduating from Yale with a BA in Political Science in 1968, Kenny served as 2nd Lt. in the United States Marine Corps. Later, he received his JD from CWRU Law School in 1972. After that he practiced real estate and corporate law for 18 years. During that time he bought several rental houses for his own account and became interested in most business aspects of real estate. He also owned a fee Title Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas.
After real estate values literally collapsed in 1987, he started Castle Keepers®, a unique single family residential staging service to expedite the sales time for vacant houses. This service is free of charge to Owners and Realtors, and it allows individuals and/or families who are called “castle keepers” and who have nice furniture, to live in vacant houses that are listed for sale in the MLS during the marketing period for a fraction of the normal cost. During that same period Castle Keepers® began leasing and managing single family houses for Owners who could not sell their house, to develop a cash flow income stream to help them pay mortgage payments.
When the sales market began improving in the mid 1990’s, he began selling luxury houses for Owners as a professional real estate Broker, a service that he still provides today. Castle Keepers® has become a one stop shop for Owners, providing a complete package of residential real estate sales services, leasing and management services, and the 21 year old Castle Keepers® Program. Kenny has taught a real estate course for investors at Collin County Community College for over 15 years “How to Buy, Lease, and Manage Single Family Houses For Profit”. He helps wealthy investors buy new and existing houses at sub market prices in emerging market areas with good future price appreciation potential, which also provide a good ROI cash flow from day one.
